Ann-Maree Tedaldi, PhD, DPT, is a Strategic Advisor with the Seattle Fire Department and founded Tedaldi, PLLC in 2016. In addition to a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, in 2018, she earned her PhD in Orthopedics and Sports Science. Representing the gestalt nature of human performance, Dr. Tedaldi coined the term “Tetralogy of Performance”; a dynamic model of the interdependent constructs of wellness and fitness. Integrating this model into a performance initiative designed to create organizational change, she has successfully reduced injuries by over 75% in recruit training programs; this is an estimated ROI of over $1.5 Million. Dr. Tedaldi is a gifted educator and dynamic speaker. She has presented on national and international stages and was recognized as a top presenter at the 2021 National Strength and Conditioning Annual Tactical Training.
